Serving Those Who Have Served
Active-Duty Military and Veterans Addiction Program
Helping Our Nation’s Military Heroes Find Their Path to Recovery
Hero’s Path, our veterans addiction program, offers veterans the support, understanding, and resources necessary to recover from addiction and take charge of their lives. We use evidence-based treatment plans custom-crafted for each person, recognizing their bravery and enabling them tap into their ability to change for the better. We empower servicemen and women to confront their past and embrace their recovery journey with courage and determination.
Understanding the Military Experience
Serving in the military can be a fulfilling experience, but its challenges can leave a profound impact. Veterans and active-duty members and veterans grappling with addiction often also carry invisible wounds, like complex PTSD, pain, trauma, and grief, which can greatly influence their substance use behaviors.
Our curriculum is designed to be specific and relevant to the individual experiences of each participant, offering:
-
-
Mental Health Dual-Diagnosis Support
-
Individual and Group Therapy with Peers
-
Trauma-Informed Care
-
Experiential Therapy
-
Outpatient, Aftercare, and Ongoing Support Programs

What if Everything Could Change, Starting Today?

Trained in Veterans Affairs (VA) processes, this team also oversees communication with VA caseworkers and medical professionals, enabling smooth care coordination throughout your treatment. This includes aspects such as discharge planning and the continuation of care.
