We created our Professionals Program with a clear focus: to help licensed legal and business professionals in overcoming addiction while offering support and advocacy for a successful return to their career. Our dedicated team includes addictionologists, psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and master’s level counselors, all committed to crafting a personalized therapeutic plan for each patient.
Peer Support
In individual and group therapy sessions with other business professionals, we address personal and workplace circumstances contributing to substance abuse.
Yoga, Mindfulness, & Activity Therapy
Physical wellness is an important part of recovery. Our campus features a fitness center with professional equipment, ropes courses with low and high elements, yoga, and nature trails that we incorporate into therapeutic sessions.
Grief & Trauma Therapy
Led by experienced therapists, our Family sessions guide loved ones work on rebuilding relationships, improve communication, and gain a better understanding of addiction and the recovery process.

Addiction Evaluation Process For Legal And Business Professionals
Before being admitted to our program, business professionals receive a specialized evaluation in a comfortable, supervised setting. Effective at diagnosing substance use and psychiatric disorders, this 3 to 7 day evaluation includes multiple components designed to determine if treatment is indeed necessary.
Components of our evaluation process:
- Complete medical exam
- Drug screens
- Psychosocial & occupational assessments
- Medically-supervised detox (when required)
- Interviews with family, employer, or professional board (if referring entity)
- Psychological testing
Return To Work
Before discharging from our inpatient program, patients in the Legal and Business Professionals Program create a personalized plan for ongoing care. Our team of experts assists with transitioning into supportive sober living or outpatient programs and provides resources for connecting with recovery communities, helping facilitate a successful return to work.

Outpatient Addiction Treatment
Bradford offers Outpatient Addiction Treatment at every level, including group and individual therapy sessions and to PHP to IOP. At our locations across Alabama and Tennessee, we provide convenient morning and evening outpatient sessions, helping you stay connected at home and work while still being able to participate in treatment.
Bradford At Warrior Alumni Community
The Bradford Alumni Program offers fellowship and support through a strong community of peers in recovery, helping to bridge the gap between treatment and a life of sobriety with advocacy, resources, and opportunities for social connections.
Continuing Care & Support Groups
Patients will have the opportunity to participate in support groups, led by a dedicated Bradford facilitator, for up to two years after successfully completing your treatment program, including our bi-weekly Caduceus online support group for healthcare professionals.

Nestled in a forest just north of Birmingham, our residential addiction treatment facility has a wilderness resort-like feel, offering a peaceful backdrop for your journey to recovery.
