Specialty Care For Those Who Heal
In the healthcare industry, professionals face challenges and triggers different than the general public, such as access to controlled substances, demanding schedules, and high-pressure situations. Healthcare professionals with substance use disorders need compassionate, comprehensive medical and mental health support from a provider who truly understands the particular demands of their chosen career.
Bradford at Warrior has received accreditation from the FSPHP ETA, a distinction earned by only four facilities nationwide. This prestigious recognition reflects our commitment to providing specialized evaluation and treatment services for healthcare professionals. Our accreditation includes a full continuum of care from outpatient and intensive outpatient services to residential, medically managed detox, and inpatient treatment.
We are accredited to evaluate and treat a wide range of conditions, including substance use disorders, psychiatric disorders, chronic pain, professional boundary issues, and more, ensuring comprehensive and confidential care tailored to healthcare professionals. Our program is designed to guide them through recovery, enabling them to regain control of their lives and confidently return to practice.

The Evaluation Process For Our Healthcare Professionals Program
Healthcare professionals go through a special evaluation as they begin the program. This evaluation, which lasts from 3 to 7 days, is used to determine if someone has issues with using substances and any possible accompanying mental health problems.
Our FSPHP-ETA Accredited Evaluation Process Includes:
- Complete medical exam
- Drug screens
- Psychosocial & occupational assessments
- Interviews with family, employer, or professional board (if referring entity)
- Psychological testing
- Medically-supervised detox (when required)
After the evaluation is complete, each patient reviews their results with our assessment team. If a treatment program is recommended, our team collaborates with the patient to create a personalized plan that meets their specific requirements and professional requirements.
Returning To Work
When a patient approaches the end of their residential stay, our treatment team evaluates their recovery progress and ability to return to practice. Once approved, Bradford will advocate for their return to work and ensure the proper steps are taken to have their license reinstated.
